Wait that BS is coming from Caltrans, shouldn't they know better? Is this the newest vapor ware to undermine the completion of the already started construction of the one means of transport that can actually easily maintain that speed without putting everyone's life at unreasonable risk.

I am shocked Caltrans are even wasting money on that but the article itself is even listing all the reasons why this does not exist, is a terrible idea and even if possible would require massive and new specialised infrastructure for such a bus service.
