well then say away from soju because the right brands are basically alcoholic juice. same with the barefoot red moscato.
besides wine cooler and mixed drinks I use desert wines and sweeter bubbling ones. I actually posted to the mix drink community to see if anyone knew how to make this variation on a long island ice tea that I used to drink to get hammered. Literally made it taste like lemonade. My sister was looking into going into bartending and taking classes and found it for me but apparently their are a bunch of variations and if not made just right it loses the nice taste. So I only was ever able to get it from her or some friends of hers at certain places. I even asked her about it in modern times but that was such another life for her she cannot recall how to do today.
