Well, for starters, Lebanon is not Gaza. It is not simply an small area you can easily cordon off with full control of its borders to besiege, by air, land, and sea. One does not simply enter into Lebanon, at least not without facing its treacherous terrain, geographically and militarily. And Hezbollah is not Al Qassem forces, it is much stronger than that.

Ofc, it's going to be utter suck for Lebanon, especially in the South, but it's not the first time the resistance there had fought and rid of Zionist Entity forces by attrition.

Just my couple cents, pennies for thoughts tho.

are they strong enough to stop the zionists in their tracks though? i feel like this is just gonna become a long deadly war where yet another region gets leveled and lebanese die for no good reason.

They kicked the Zionists out of Lebanon before and they will do it again.

yes but yet again, though? are we at the point we need proverbial ussr to plow through proverbial berlin again for the not-so-proverbial genocidal nazis to finally be stopped?

It does seem like it's either allow Isntreal to finish its genocide (unconscionable) or risk it retaliating with nuclear force. There are no good options here.
