Wtf is with all the people just sitting in their cars staring at their phones with the engine running

There's someone virtually everywhere I go. I don't think it used to be this common...

I walk laps around the parking lot during my lunch time at work and soooooo many people go out to their car and sit there with the engine running. For no fucking reason. Like if it's too hot or cold, don't go to your car. They do it when it's nice out too. Insanity. Crack a window if you need a breeze or something. So dumb
