Maybe try starting a sentence with "I dont think calling Russians orcs is dehumanising or racist because..." and then find some other argument than "because i dont find slurs racist in general".

And the rhetoric online about Russians is racist. You just refuse to see it. When it is pointed out to you, you get very defensive. One can guess why.
