This is the logic behind Japanese toilets having a tiny hand sink over the commode so you wash your hands with the water that’s being used to refill the basin.
Why not use it that way? You’re just going to pee in it later.
I mean it is clean, drinkable water that is used to wash the toilet.
Just piss over your hands like the rest of us, that's plenty clean.

Camel pee has passable antibacterial properties, some tribes shower in it for hygiene.
I prefer to piss over others. I'm selfless like that
I had a housemate who insisted the best way to treat his athlete's foot was to piss on his feet in the shower.
That tiny sink is very inconvenient for use.
Just stick your hands in the bowl then
