Source: my enormous ass

If they were actually doing those things, US and Ukranian media (but I repeat myself) would never stop talking about it. Every discussion of the war would begin with "but do you condemn the Russian crime at (place)". In reality, every conversation about the war involves someone like you performing desperate pro-fascist whataboutism without even any evidence to point to, just the idea of evidence. Just "it is known". We've been paying attention since 2014 and have receipts for the things we say, you started paying attention four years ago and have "it is known."

You have the standard liberal approach to understanding the world: layers of mythology built atop one another, enforced with unbearable smug hostility and it is known. Absolute unreality pronounced with absolute baseless conviction. Speaking of which, I've spent the last several years being told that the Russian Federation is on the brink of military collapse, and that they have run out of ammo approximately seven times now. Can you account for this discrepancy, or has the time when these things were known already slipped down the memory hole?

At least 23 killed in Russian attack, Ukrainian president says new assault possible

For a start from this month and only from a single source. There's plenty of similar stories since 2022 to pick from in any half-decent news outlet. Russia attacks civil targets with full intent and doesn't care a slightest about any kind of casualties.

There are even wikipedia articles of single attacks towards civilian targets (on Mariupol theatre there's estimations of up to 600 casualties) and also a full massacre done by Russian armed forces with over 500 civilian deaths.

Feel free to educate yourself a bit more since you're "paying attention".
