You sound like you have the privilege of being white and not having to deal with racism. Being anti-communist and being racist tend to have much overlap. I have been racially abused and heard more orientalist nonsense then you could even imagine during my brief stint on Reddit and from many people from anti-communist instances such as the one you post from.
Saying you don't think there's a major overlap between anti-communists and racists and then following that up directly with a racist jab is enlightening.
No but it is a language with specific ties to a race/ethnic group(s)/peoples which faces much discrimination from the global hegemon which you are intent on reinforcing and defending so that you can continue to laugh at/use a racialised meme to disparage our government and our choices there in.
You know so little about China but you speak with such authority it's pretty amazing. Non mandarin speakers are not oppressed it is simply the state language used to make administration easier. If you ever went to a large minority area you would see all the signs in both the local and common language. Speaking to me about how my government is secretly oppressing me (rural minority Chinese) is white saviour nonsense.
I understand now that you're a hate the government not the people white saviour type who doesn't care about the fact our government is democratically elected and widely supported. You're just finding new ways to be disparaging and racist. Please block me you racist cracker.
