Car brains vs surveillance state... Which shitty side will "win"?

I'm pretty sure that both sides will win - more cars, more cameras - as the planet continues to becomes an even less inhabitable dystopia.

This isn't car-only technology. License plate reading and crime stopping is how this technology is marketed, but it identifies bikes, pedestrians, sounds, with newer versions sniffing Bluetooth/WiFi MAC addresses of phones or wearables and even tire pressure sensors.

This is complete surveillance of all; routes, associates, times, and behavioral patterns.
