Please use spoiler tags whenever commenting a spoiler in a non-spoiler thread. Most of the Lemmy clients don't support this but we want to get into the habit as clients will be supporting in the future.

was the one who exposed the Bohemian Grove.

As in he rented a kayak to paddle around a well known location where rich and powerful people have been meeting on the reg since the late 1800s? There were reporters for mother Jones and Spy magazine that did actual journalism and imbedded themselves for weeks in Bohemian Grove. Alex Jones was just the first person to make up lies and exaggerations about what he saw

He was talking about Clinton visiting Epstein Island on the Lolita Express ten years before anyone else knew who Epstein was.

The first mention of Epstein on inforwars was in 2015 about articles in the UK about the prince being connected with sexual assault along with person named Epstein. Alex jones has a history of just claiming he's been talking about things forever, when in reality he just pulls up any tantalizing stories from regular news feeds everyone has access to.

he was correct that atrozines dumped into the water supply were causing tadpoles maturing in that water to develop hermaphroditic characteristics, which made them infertile (the source of the "turning the freaking frogs gay" quote).

It's not being dumped in the water supply, it's agricultural run off. Misunderstanding and misrepresentating data from an environmental paper does not make you a prophet.

it's true what they say, being only part right is the same thing as being completely wrong.

Reinterpreting news and scientific data to purposely mislead your audience into believing some vast conspiracy is out to get everyone is what makes him an asshole.
