No you don't understand.

If US citizens want cheap college and healthcare it's a choice between either racist murder sprees, or joining normal protests and boycotts.

the normal "protests" (i assume we're talking about violent riots here because that's what's typically meant in communities such as this one) and boycotts don't give you cheap college though. they do give you cheap housing if you consider prison a form of housing. i'm not sure about healthcare. (/s)
