I’d argue that he’s worse than Hitler. Hitler seemed to at least love his idea of Germany. Trump cares only about himself. He’s not above any of Hitler’s brand of crimes, the chance to profit off of them has just not introduced itself fully yet.
Only two things can drive a man to such extremes as what Hitler did.
Love and insanity. The scary part is when someone has both.
Hatred and negative emotions just for the sake of it rarely can keep someone driven long enough and hard enough to reach such lengths.
No reasonable person who has looked into hilters life can say that he wasn't absolutely head over heels in love with his ideal vision of Germany
And as he grew older and the drugs really got to him the insanity really kicked it up a gear. Depending on which side your in with how much he used drugs and how impactful.
No one who uses what he did even lightly stays entirely sane while under the pressure he hoisted on him self in his mad attempt to make his vision a reality.

They would mention the deaths at a single concentration camp, hell they could just mention the deaths from Kristallnacht, and you'd look foolish.
9.4 million excess deaths by 2030 due to USAID cuts. 188,000 avoidable COVID deaths during his presidency. Thousands will die due to cuts to the CDC, FDA, EPA, NOAA, and more. It will take time before we see the results of the death toll in the Middle East and domestically due to ICE and right wing terrorism.
If we count deaths during the European theater of WWII I don’t think he’ll hit Hitlers death toll unless he uses nukes before he croaks… so I guess I hope Hitler stays atop the list? That feels weird
The math is definitely murky. On the other end, if we count avoidable climate change deaths, Trump may come to surpass even Mao. It seems that we are now hellbent on ignoring and defunding all science and regulation. But I hope I’m wrong.
Let's hear that argument
