Don't you realize how big it would be if Iran manages to kill Trump? It would mean the US President is not untouchable. No foreign actor has yet killed a US president.

True, violence only leads to more violence. I don't believe it's ever the solution.

However, Trump is making me question this.

I was born naïve, but I was never that naïve. That’s the kind of pablum the oppressor tells the oppressed lest they rebel.

What is naive about it? The only way to lasting peace is through talks. No amount of violence establishes lasting peace.

There is no clear thing that our "oppressor" wants us to think. Pacifism being naive is the kind of thought the weapons industry wants you to have.

If it is personal, they can have him in 2 years. Even a former President would be a historical event.

He likes to revoke the SS protection from his political rivals, a dangerous precedent for him...
