As I mentioned in my original post Iran doesn't have the capability nor capacity to bomb America, they do not even have the capability to take out the USA on home soil, hence why they have shut the straight, to try and 'pressure' everyone who sends ships or receives goods through it to put pressure on America, they cannot win in a straight military war, they would be utterly crushed Gaza style
