๐ฏ๐ฏ very much so, also some amino acid supplements like they put in preworkout (I recreate the blends from first principles lol). I noticed with caffeine-free preworkout I stopped craving other stimulants like caffeine & nicotine as badly due to the taurine content lol. which is weird because some people say taurine calms them down & others say it gets them going. I get plenty hyped on my own so those are kind of the same to me. L-carnitine is an interesting one that also seems to work like a study drug & would be important for pure vegetarians as it's only really found in red meat (100x the content in chicken) + it's great for muscle recovery
Also l-theanine but that's well known now. Feels like a study drug but no dependency, you're not impatient, & you can go to sleep. Your mileage may vary
