Literally every medical classification nowadays:
If the answer to both is no, congrats, you're healthy and it's just a sexuality quirk, do whatever you want, fap to all the lolis you want for all we care.
Look up ICD-11, DSM-V or whatever is relevant to your area - they're pretty much all on the same page here.
Any kind of pedophile therapy treats one of the two things listed above (or both). Not much it can do beyond that anyway.
