Depends where you are and how old the place is. Newer places (last 15ish years or so) will have the auto flush toilets but most businesses only upgrade the bathrooms when things brake.

No they meant brake. Like, the urinal's smooth and continued function brakes. Comes to a halt.
Not if the office building is constructed with mobile capabilities.
I'm pretty sure most places outside the US just use the huge metal trough that the US seems to reserve for stadiums
