I worry that permitting slop in the kernel is a lot of risk.
But it's his project. If I see him I'll have that debate but I gotta go with the Dictator part and hope the Benevolent part comes through or he realizes when it doesn't and changes tack. Fingers crossed.
He has never permitted slop in the kernel so why would he start now?
