This is for strictly mildly interesting material. If it's too interesting, it doesn't belong. If it's not interesting, it doesn't belong.

This is obviously an objective criteria, so the mods are always right. Or maybe mildly right? Ahh.. what do we know?

Just post some stuff and don't spam.

Humanitarian aid is just a detail, this is more a matter of communication and propaganda.

I dunno, if your AIDS drugs get suddenly cut off, you might have a bit of resentment.

Or maybe that time when the USA exported HIV contaminated blood transfusions materials to the same third world countries

And USAID is also a known regime change tool

In how many of these countries is Chinese propaganda more pervasive than US propaganda? The US has Hollywood, pop music and the fucking English language going for it. Seems more likely that: A. China makes all the products everyone uses, and B. Doesn't go all around the world murdering people.

B. Doesn’t go all around the world murdering people.

Not quite, it's just that the cheaper products that get some people into accidents they don't want. Like for every Anker powerbank, there's couple dozen low-tier powerbanks which can blow up if misused.
