Hmmm...Dirt road you can keep up at a reasonable level but drive slow vs pothole street.
Economic boom vs slow growth.

Life has many facettes. No single answer to them all.
Especially not mine as I have never experienced that as a whole.
If the local community supports it, they deserve it.
