Perhaps on Facebook marketplace posts will show up, selling the Solarpanels and camera
the irony of mentioning facebook in a post like that. if you use facebook, you are part of the problem.
It’s still important for people to have access to used goods and Facebook is one of a few platforms that provides that for free and has a large enough user base that you can find what you need.
so you are saying if flock provided access to find good garage sales in your city it woild be ok? as bad as flock is, and its bad... facebook is so so much worse. nobidy violates your privacy and tracks you like facebook
Facebook isn’t in contract to track citizens for cops. It does so digitally for ad agencies, but not physically for the police.
The difference is pretty stark and as bad as giving your data to Facebook is, Flock is an immediate threat that we can see and interact with. There are no Facebook street cameras capturing license plates.

did you really think people hate favebook that much because they track for advetisers?
You can’t even acknowledge that Flock sends police to people’s houses as a business model and lets them be stalked by law enforcement?
Facebook’s business model is also bad, but every time I mention the company the post is about, you change goalposts. Facebook is optional.
Flock can’t be opted out of and has to be actively protested. You have to voice your concern at town hall to stop Flock.
If we learned anything from kalshi, it's that you can pay people for crimes as long as you go though a marketplace.
So go on ebay, go on craigslist and tell them you want to buy their exact camera model in bulk.
