Edit: they have updated the post info to remove the bits that claimed their original image, all is well with the universe.
It says right in the title that it’s not their original image. The drawing is by The Oatmeal.
This is posted by a bot account and the title claims “my original picture”
the oatmeal is the artist that rendered the image of Jimothy, the other person did the tattoo, and the OP likely isn’t the originator of any of it HOWEVER it is actually possible this is their original photo.
Sometimes the bot account “owner” corrects the title when people point out the title-gore.
