These days, you could spend 30+ minutes writing a thoughtful reply and deliberately avoid argumentative tone and words, only to be accused of using or being an AI.

Because unfortunately that's how people are sourcing so much of their 'facts'. And it's even easier for them to simply copy and past the AI generated result rather than to learn and investigate.

But then again, even if say 'you' are wrong, or your mind has been changed, are you really going to go in and update your comment, or actually let the person know? Probably not.
