Late Stage Capitalism
A place for for news, discussion, memes, and links criticizing capitalism and advancing viewpoints that challenge liberal capitalist ideology. That means any support for any liberal capitalist political party (like the Democrats) is strictly prohibited.
A zero-tolerance policy for bigotry of any kind. Failure to respect this will result in a ban.
RULES:
1 Understand the left starts at anti-capitalism.
2 No Trolling
3 No capitalist apologia, anti-socialism, anti-communism, or liberalism, liberalism is in direct conflict with the left. Support for capitalism or for the parties or ideologies that uphold it are not welcome or tolerated.
4 No imperialism, conservatism, reactionism or Zionism, lessor evil rhetoric. Dismissing 3rd party votes or 'wasted votes on 3rd party' is lessor evil rhetoric.
5 No bigotry, no racism, sexism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any type of prejudice.
6 Be civil in comments and no accusations of being a bot, 'paid by Putin,' Tankie, etc. This includes instance shaming.

No money and no space puts some pretty heavy constraints on it.
But, sure, I'll take a whack at starting a list like that. I'm going to assume you've got a computer or phone already since, you know, you're posting here. So you've already got that without spending any money on it.
Writing (fiction writing, fanfiction, journaling, etc)
History (researching and becoming knowledgeable about obscure history topics)
Indie web design
Programming (contributing to open-source projects, maybe?)
Digital art (a drawing pad would be really nice to have for that, but not absolutely necessary)
3D art/animation (using Blender)
Sketching/drawing (using cheap, already on hand supplies like basic pencils and paper; buying fancy art supplies would cost money)
Origami (you don't need to buy books or fancy paper to do it, that might help, but you don't need to)
Basic gardening (requires some space, but can even be done from an apartment balcony if you need to -- and while people often blow absurd amounts of money on it, it can be done for free or very cheap if you try. Even seeds can be gotten for free if you try.)
Whittling/woodcarving (a little money for a decent knife if you don't have one already, but that and a few decent sticks picked up off the ground is all you need to get started)
Tabletop roleplaying games (if you go the basic route of getting free copies of rulebooks or just homebrewing your own, not worrying about fancy miniatures, etc.)
Running (most runners end up at least buying fancy shoes, but you don't have to, especially not when just starting)
Tinkering/repair (get broken stuff for free, fix it, sell it -- depending on what you focus on, though, that may take some tools that aren't free)
Cooking/baking (does cost money for ingredients, yes ... but since cooking your own meals is usually cheaper than buying premade stuff, it can actually save you money in the long term, making the long-term cost not just zero but actually negative)
That'll do for a start, I guess. There are probably more I haven't yet thought of. Others can feel free to add to the list if they want.
