Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
Don't promote proprietary software
Try to keep things on topic
If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

I know, after blocking this subdomain youtube watch history won't be tracked (saved) even if user is turned on it in data and privacy section of google account setting.

So, doesn't save watch history also mean youtube doesn't count views of users who block this subdomain ?

No one can answer your question unless they know the internals of how youtube works. It's quite possible for the view to be counted by some other means completely separate to a user's watch history.
