~~I think~~ it's a screenshot from the movie Obsession. Spoilers ahead but I'll be as vague as possible:
Obsession plot summary and scene that I think the screenshot is from
A guy just can't find the courage to tell his crush he's into her. He gets his hands on an artifact that grants him exactly one wish so he wishes that she'll love him more than anyone else in the world. True to the "careful what you wish for" trope, she becomes utterly obsessed with him.This screenshot might be from a scene where he leaves the apartment and she just stands there and stares at the door until he comes home. She doesn't move a muscle apart from eventually losing control of her bladder.
