Not good enough:
vehicle cubed and returned to his driveway.
You have 30 minutes to move your car.
You have 10 minutes.
Your car has been impounded.
Your car has been crushed into a cube.
You have 30 minutes to move your cube.
If you do not remedy this malparkage within 72 hours, your car will be thrown into the East River at your expense.
I'd have a raffle to allow someone to hit the button to cube the vehicle, and use the money from the raffle to pay for more/stronger bike infrastructure.
Really wish some of these came with really harsh punishments like you are suggesting. This is an absolute psychopath who will eventually hurt someone.
