This actually reflects beautifully irl. A hoe is a hoe is not shovel. A hoe is good a tiling a (small) field while a shovel is not but is good at shoveling. But they can be used for a lot of cases interchangeably. Same goes for cat, cp, dd.
But if you scale this up, there's suddenly not one kind of harrow, and each is specialized and forms not only the result, but also how you work with it. Same with frameworks and LLM.
