War profits for healthcare? How about stop allowing profit from healthcare, run them as services for the public good, and we already pay more than enough taxes to treat everyone.
The problem isn't purely with what to do with a country's wealth, but also where it comes from. Is it produced domestically, or does it come from exploiting others? Imperialist countries gain the bulk of their wealth from expropriating it from the global south. This is why welfare alone isn't a viable solution, the question of socialism must also be addressed, ending imperialism and moving humanity forwards.

Yeah, I think I remember you liking Lenin, I was just curious if you had like, an economic breakdown study or something showing the actual numbers instead of theory.
The article provides numbers, examples, and cites its sources. It was written in 2021 as well, so this is relatively modern economic data. Please read the article, if I wanted you to understand how imperialism functions I would have recommended reading Lenin himself, rather than an article using Lenin's understanding of imperialism as a base and elaborating on it with hard numbers.

It is an analysis that accounts for the cost of European social democracy being borne by the over exploited world
