I assume they're setting their own DNS, because they're stuck with Safari as the engine on iOS
Safari has uBlock Origin Lite.

iOS also has an independently developed browser with true uBlock Origin support. It doesn't have official App Store support, but Mozilla could lobby for it.
Afaik that's a currently non-used library in Firefox desktop. For iOS, The Verge claims it's just Apple's WebKit Content Blocker + EasyList.
