The wealth of the US/euro empire is rooted in the exploitation of countries that are kept underdeveloped artificially through war or threats thereof. This is something that the liberals don't want to change as the palestinian genocide for instance clearly demonstrate. Their platform is only about spreading the wealth (that has been gotten through those exploitative means) more "equitably" among the population of the empire. That's what I mean by "war profits".
