personally I think it's fine to do this if you see no other viable option either for a lack of an org in your area, fear of political persecution or job loss if you organize, or a myriad other reasons, like fucking being exhausted from a precarized piece of shit job, or something.
Furthermore if you're already organized it's a hell of a good place for agitprop innit?
plus you might get to meet some other leftists in your area and touch grass.
