Nope doesn't look like it, looks like it was someone being gamergate about videogames
The absence of evidence is no evidence of absence
It is however the absence of reason to assume it's factual
In this case though this is real. Where it might have been said to not be real is the quote is often attributed to the director of the game, where as it was actually said by the screen writer of the show.
