Can you point out the identifiers for that because I'm not seeing any.
It has the feel of it. Unusual cultural mixes and the weird AI shine. Weird details that make no sense. Unusual geometry everywhere. The image is crowded the way AI images are. The shadows are particularly bad and non-existent in some places. The curb kind of shifts elevation without any raised sidewalk or ramp.
Though the most glaring is the text on the license plates.
Oh my fucking god...no, it's real, there is nothing wrong with the image and the text is just because of the low res, it's not giberrish or strange and the font def match with the ones on the european plates;

I could debunk all you said but it's not worth my time, long story short: learn to look at the images better and maybe get out to see how the world looks like
