I dunno what you heard but the Fireflies didn't get retconned.
In the ps3 release the Fireflies hospital was dirty and dingy. In the sequel it's all squeaky clean.
In the first game the Fireflies are portrayed as shortsighted and incapable of even crossing the country with heavy weaponry. In the sequel they're treated as if they were perfectly capable of making and disseminating a vaccine.
Neil clearly didn't like how the first games story turned out and made the sequel into his little fanfic.
Your idea of a retcon is that the hospital looks different in the sequel game in that tiny cutscene you see? It's not even true, the hospital is still dirty and dingy. You're also claiming a character having a wishful opinion is a retcon.
Neither of these are retcons.
There's zero plot or story changes here too to even start making the assertion a retcon happened. How and why are you escalating to accusing the entire TLOU2 of being a fanfic because of two extremely minor things about the previous game, one of which isn't even true.
It's literally the definition of a retcon, and there's way more, but you're clearly not worth talking to.

No it isn't, and you can't name more because there's no more of the ending of the first game in the second. It's a couple of flashbacks at the start of the game. And there's still zero plot or story changes to how the first game ended.
The video I linked shows the hospital is still dingy and dirty throughout, and you're coming back with a cropped screenshot.
If your house is as squeaky clean as that hospital, you're Asmongold.
