We can tell, windows 11 is absolute ass
The frontend is ass but under the hood it's still the same old Windows. Microsoft's unwillingness to make major changes under the hood keeps it usable for the most part once you disable all the spyware and bloatware (or as much as you can anyway).
Obviously you shouldn't be using it at all if you can afford to and are knowledgeable enough.
