Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

Yeah, it's a shame that consumer hardware has gotten this expensive, but compared to the cost of other alternatives the B70 is a fantastic deal, especially at the old price. Cyberpunk 2077 still runs at 100fps at 3440x1440p with max settings RT off, Qwen3.8-27B at UD-Q6_K_XL with 131k context runs at up to 35tok/s TG and 900tok/s PP with my llama.cpp-sycl AUR package.
