I remember this woman got on the bus once, and that's when I understood what good perfume was. Every head turned. She was a brown-skinned woman in her forties, not overly attractive or anything, but she carried herself with such worth, likely heightened by the perfume that I was instantly lovestruck by her
I've not experienced that perfume since, so I think what we sniffed that day was exceedingly special
