dunno how. i have used it in all my jobs since i was a teenager. i start the convo about how i do it when getting hired, and it’s never a “find out” secret. some folks think “hes just bs” but nope.

wait till you start a salaried job and while on pto/fto a boss calls you and you take that day back and don’t take pto that day. ;)

remind bosses that they have jobs to do too.

yeah to be fair i am 8 years in on this job and it’s got “unlimited pto” which is the horseshit you think it might be.
