Picking up or removing a skill, tool or habit etc? Or learning about some new method to do things?

I think isomteric exercises(low intensity), especially neck exercises have been habe been good for me.

Quick ribbon shortcuts is another thing

Stopped listening to doctors and figured out by myself what's wrong with me. It wasn't GERD and the medication doctors made me eat, in increasing amouts, didn't do shit. It was vagus-nerve oversensitivity and allergic reaction to uncooked allium family plants that caused an irritation in my esophagus.

it took decades, because allium allergy was really hard to spot and was skipped in all previous allergy screenings.

Second was degoogling myself. Ubuntu Touch in my phone is somewhat "work in progress" and rough around the edges, but I haven't seen a single add in weeks.

What phone do you use? Which apps if any do you have to resort to using on Waydroid?

At present Waydroid is a must. I mostly need it for Meshtastic/Meshcore stuff, Airam programmable light and socket stuff, Proton apps and Lemmy browser.

Ubuntu native software base is still quite poor.

You can run most linux terminal and desktop apps, but if you can't find them from the OpenStore(snap) and get them to work in the regular environments (missing dependencies or priviledges) and need to use libertine environment, they don't run in the background and desktop apps will need external keyboard, because onscreen keyboard usually doesn't work.

...and if your phone supports external display, you can use it as a linux laptop. Mine currently does not.
