why don't you bring all your rightwing friends and make it the place you want it to be, this place sucks for you because it works with people actually doing things. You want work done for you, go back to reddit

Do you need to be rightwing to get annoyed by boring bland statements that get repeated over and over and over and over and over again that oversimplify and frame everything as the pure evil that cannot be convinced to change vs us

Even if you agree with them, do they not annoy you?

That doesn't mean the place sucks, that only means I choose which topics/communities I spend time with. I'm not going to blame people for being angry at the system, for making their own education. I'm not expected to be part of these conversations, so I don't go there. Some days I don't even open the app andit's fine

Of course, that alone is not terrible, but when that, along with us politics and linux, are literally in every single community and people will complain if you dare to mention that you do not want us politics filling your feed, that may become an issue

I don't know what that means sorry, can you explain further?

A quick look at your profile shows you're clearly in your zone here (American politics, Linux and Left Wing Progressive/American politics) so that's good for you at least?

It's pretty ok, yes. There's no shortage of platforms, and this one pushes for community control, so its political leaning isn't surprising, and since I like community control, I fit. You should try to find your community that aligns with you, but with software and communities that favor common working there's little chance it will not be left leaning
