I lived in the US for three years. This is the first time I heard that women get two weeks off for delivery and offices have milking rooms.
In the U.S. the only thing women are guaranteed nationwide are 12 weeks of unpaid leave and only if you work at a company with 50 or more employees.
Nobody said any of that time off was paid.
Yeah. We built a new building and actually have a pregnant employee, so we're all annoyed that we can't use the breast-feeding room for storage anymore.
