A gaming community free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it's price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don't meet the system requirements, or just haven't had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

Played the demo for SPRAWL: Zero and I really enjoyed the gist of the action: you have a "gravity gun" glove to pick up and throw shit at your enemies. When you pick a weapon, you shoot whatever it has then throw it away and grab the next - no reloading. You also have bullet time and a bullet catch-throw back shield power, the latter much more useful than bullet time in my opinion. Might grab the full game in the future
Last week I finished Mecha Knight Nightmare. Janky solo dev game, but it hits some dopamine spots in my brain: big mechs with plentiful customization and lots of enemies to kill a la EDF.
