The correct one, if you wish to maintain your boundaries. You do have the right to say no to work. It's different if you're a business owner or have a passion for the job. But the key is, it's YOUR decision, not THEIRS.

I'm successful based on my criteria for life. Are you? You should do something that makes you content, rather than attempting to make pithy comments online. Trust me, there's more satisfaction out there than on here.
For sure! The fact is, everyone has different goals and should plan accordingly. For myself, I will take most shifts if offered, but I'm comfortable turning them down. My life is my own, I choose my schedule within reasonable limits.
