Pick your default level from reject through to accept, and it'll click through the boxes automatically. Works on the consent boxes for about 95% of the sites I visit.

Some bastard sites still insist you click through each of the 1000 partners.

I'm pretty sure most sites just ignore this at least I don't trust them not to. You should use u-block and enable the proper privacy filters (it can block cookie popups too)

betterfox shows a good list of privacy filters to setup.

It's blocked with the Vivaldi blocker, only sometimes still appears, but in this case with already your preferences.
