It isn't a lie, they value your privacy a lot, they make money selling it to third parties.

Longer the text of the PP, less privacy in the service, always. Services with real privacy don't need a long PP with a lot of legal jerga, they have nothing to hide. Best to scan the service with Webbkoll or Blacklight, Or Exodus (Android), there you see what they do with your data.
