It's mostly their "pay later" stuff, which is quite predatory and has horrible terms for the users
But they had trouble with shitty behavior towards customers, employees and bad data privacy in the past as well: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klarna#Regulation_and_controversies
Interesting, that's quite the list. I suppose that's natural regarding a relatively new form of financial business?
