Seems 2026 is the year of the KIDS act... The US congress proposed one as well.

Looks like the Epstein class does. Constantly.
At least the current US Congress is going to end in January, probably won't get this done before the end of the term.

Sorry that sounded like I'm attacking you. Bit my intent. I just wanna l wanted to say that I don't think your current or next Congress would act in a smart way, they mostly act in a convenient way.
I am not American myself.
No, I don't think the next Congress will be better, but at least procedurally the expiration of Congress is a hurdle to getting it done very soon. Not so in the EU.
Wonder if we will ever get rid of Frau von der Leyen.
