I love me a good Dark Knight reference like everyone, but don't see how it applies here. Disney does not give a shit about me. The telecom provider doesn't care if use the free benefit or not. Not a single person will notice if I cancel the free sub.
Effectively, there's no one to receive the message.
Fair point. I wonder if your provider would make plans to switch to another streaming service if they got enough emails about it. I'd complain in your shoes I think. It's part of the package and it's being devalued.
