Leftists have not meaningfully increased revolutionary rhetoric based on the Statesian electoral cycle. You may tune out more whenever elections aren't around the corner, but revolutionary socialists have consistently pushed people to organize precisely because it doesn't depend on the electoral cycle to work.

Liberals when you point out the demonic human cost of their sociopath politics: "I will now imply or outright state that you are an agent of a foreign conspiracy to undermine The Nation, or perhaps a literal unthinking machine. I'm the opposite of a fascist btw."
